my boyfriend has been taking these for over 6 months now and he likes the benefits of the high quality multivitamin. he has more energy throughout the day and helps with he weight loss goals as he’s lost 50 lbs. these are vegan, all natural, and non-GMO which is important. I take the Women’s One a day from this same brand, Naturelo and they work the best for me. I’ve been taking them for over a year now, and got my boyfriend to try them as well bc they’re so great. Overall a great high quality vitamin for men or women. the One a day, I take everyday, are a less expensive than these which, he takes 4 a day.
I have done a lot of research on this company and their products and I have to say that I definitely have fallen in love with the supplements so far. I do feel more healthier taking them! I was advised to start taking fish oil pills and saw that their supplements seem to be one of the top products because they take their product seriously, which is something I look into when I’m putting supplements in my body! I am looking forward to trying the fish oil products from these guys and I am sure I will feel a difference in my health and lifestyle!
EDIT: After researching, I noticed that there was a 1 daily multivitamin pill for this product, which I think would be much more easier and beneficial as I feel it’s too much to take 4 multivitamin pills. Still happy with the product, but had I known about taking 1 multivitamin, I would’ve gone with that. Definitely purchasing from Naturelo again.
My dad loves these vitamins! He wanted a whole food vitamin that was made in America and certified by GMP. He loves the fact that there are no GMO’s, soy, or gluten in Naturelo vitamins. He is very pleased knowing that he is getting a nutrient dense supplement that protects him from illness and gives him the energy he needs to get through his busy day as a shift worker.
As a physician, I appreciate the completeness and quality of the ingredients and the fact that it contains additional organic compounds to meet a number of my needs. The capsules are a little bigger than some people might prefer, but I have no problem swallowing them. There is no taste, nor do I experience any “aftertaste” from them.
It’s hard to quantify the results of a supplement, but I’ll try my best to do so. I have started taking these, along with additional zinc(garden of life), vitamin c (nutrigold), and bromelain supplements. I have noticed better energy and moods since starting this new regiment. Do note that my diet hasn’t been the best lately, so that may be due to this product addressing a deficiency. Previously I was taking a multi, a b complex, and a different brand of vitamin c. That regiment made me feel more tired than I felt without any vitamins. I don’t have that issue this product, or any other on my current regiment. I suspect that I don’t react well to artificial vitamins. I have looked into a lot of multivitamins, and this was the best one I could find.
I like that is product is almost exclusively derived from whole foods, that it contains no fillers, and that it contains enough of the b vitamins (of the best forms), that I don’t need a separate b-complex. I have researched a lot of multivitamins, and this was the best one I could find. I hope this review helps someone else who has the same issues that I had.
